Hospice care (non-medical support) from a doula perspective: I can take on practical tasks such as cleaning, chores, or any other non-medical tasks to make sure you are clean, comfortable, and able to spend more quality time with your loved ones.
Funeral Planning
Together, we can explore and plan options for burial, memorial, and legacy projects, including options beyond the traditional. Create a burial plan that is meaningful to you.
Ritual Creation
Create a ritual for the moment of passing. We consider questions like: "What do you want the room to feel like? Who do you want to be there?" We can create a ritual that tailors the vibe to your comfort, including things like incense, lavender, sound bowls, music, etc. It's all about your intentions.
Patient Advocacy
When dealing with an illness, doctor's appointments can be wrought with anxiety, and we might not be in the headspace to listen or understand. Doula work can include accompanying you to doctors appointments and listening with you, taking notes, and making sure you understand.
